A tiny quaint 16th century pub at the end of South Pool Creek. At high tide boats can reach the pub's moorings. From the terrace you can enjoy your meal and watch the creek's birdlife. The interior is inviting and unspoilt with upholstered Windsor chairs, fresh flowers on the tables, walls decorated with drawings and paintings, exposed oak beams, and open fires complete the ideal Devon pub decor. Excellent reputation for good wholesome bar food with seafoood strongly featured (crab dishes and sandwiches are a speciality). Vegetarian menu available. Children welcome. | ||
